The safest way to dispose of these kinds of bulbs is with a registered waste carrier. LED lights, on the other hand, contain no toxic chemicals or elements. You can dispose of these bulbs without any worry of negative implications for the environment.
Less is More
With LED lighting, a little goes a long way. Because they light spaces so efficiently and brightly, you’ll be able to use less to provide the same amount of light that you’d get from fluorescent or halogen. You’ll experience higher quality light distribution with better directional focus. Fewer lights, of course, mean less energy consumption.
Long Lasting
With a longer lifespan, you’ll find that LED lighting produces fewer carbon emissions. Because you won’t have to replace them as frequently as other types, manufacturers don’t have to use as many resources making them. On average, LED lights last about six times longer than other traditional options.
